Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Sustain and continuously improve product yield, quality, and performance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Drive product lifecycle activities, including product sustaining, change management, and end‑of‑life execution.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and Supply Chain to resolve technical issues and meet business objectives.
  • Apply structured analytical and problem‑solving methods to investigate data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Review and interpret electrical circuits, schematics, and test data to support product debugging and optimization.
  • Act as a technical driver to proactively manage tasks, issues, and risks with speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication with internal stakeholders to support on‑time delivery and product readiness.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong foundation in product engineering with a solid understanding of manufacturing systems.
  • Experience in product sustaining and managing products through the full lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the use of structured analysis tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical circuits and schematics.
  • Clear and effective communication skills to work across cross‑functional teams.
  • A proactive, self‑driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Relevant professional experience (typically 2–4 years) in a product, manufacturing, or engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Background in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience with test and measurement products or solutions.
  • Exposure to research and development activities or product introduction programs.
  • Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience leading or coordinating technical tasks or projects in a matrix organization.
