Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Staff Product Engineer who will serve as the technical expert driving Final Test yield performance, lot‑on‑hold elimination strategy and quality excellence across multiple OSAT sites. The ideal candidate operates with full independence, leads cross‑region initiatives and applies strong structural problem‑solving capabilities to resolve complex product issues and ensure long‑term manufacturing robustness.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership
  • Demonstrate structured, data‑driven problem solving to diagnose and resolve complex, multi‑factor issues.
  • Provide cross‑site and cross‑region technical influence, lessons learnt and best practices across OSATs and internal teams.
  • Execute with strategic intent and long‑term thinking, driving solutions that scale across product families.
  • Show strong follow‑through and accountability, ensuring actions reach verified closure with measurable, sustained improvement.
  • Apply technical judgment to make timely decisions under uncertainty and deliver clear, structured executive summaries to management.
  • Lead, mentoring and technical coaching, elevating the capability and problem‑solving skillsets of Senior and Junior engineers.
Final Test Data Analytics  
  • Demonstrate strong analytical curiosity and pattern recognition, proactively identifying trends and anomalies across multi‑sites Final Test data.
  • Deliver clear data storytelling, translating complex analyses into actionable insights that influence decision‑making across engineering, OSAT, and leadership teams.
  • Ensuring data integrity and disciplined analytical workflows that support accurate, high‑confidence conclusions.
Lot-On-Hold Ownership 
  • Make high-confidence, data-driven disposition decisions under time pressure, balancing yield, quality and customer risk considerations.
  • Reduce engineering caused Lot On Hold via strict program revision control and release qualification requirements.
  • Improve cycle time efficiency by optimizing retest flows, auto disposition rules, SYL, SBL reviews to minimize unnecessary holds.
Quality Mindset and Risk Management
  • Champion a zero‑defect, customer‑first culture, leading containment, root‑cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (RCA or CAPA), and ensuring verified long‑term effectiveness.
  • Drive systemic quality improvements, eliminating recurring issues through structural fixes, robust governance, and proactive risk‑mitigation strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong follow‑through and verification discipline, validating fixes with data, preventing regression, and ensuring product and process stability across sites.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master in Electronics & Electrical or Mechanical or others.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product or Test or Yield Engineering.
  • Familiar with ATE (TMT or ETS or Teradyne).
  • Advanced analytics skills (JMP or Minitab).
  • Experience with DOE, FMEA, 8D, fish bone, test platform conversion and correlation.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site problem solving and executing structural improvements.
  • Familiar with automotive quality requirements or power SiC or GaN.
