We have an ambitious product shape and surface area across multiple personas, multiple interfaces, with a ton of complexity behind the scenes due to the agentic nature of our product. The right product shape is incredibly important and something we think a lot about. For the first time, software is now non-deterministic, has human-level intelligence, and can get better as you use it. How users teach and interact with agents is probably going to be different than with other software, and is still very much an open question.
As a Staff Product Designer, you will help define greatness here. This is an incredibly important and uniquely high-ownership role to help shape AI agents in production for some of the largest companies out there, powering one of the most important functions of their business (making revenue!).
It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a well-funded startup that’s scaling very fast. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. The base salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $170,000 - $225,000.
