The Coca-Cola Company is building a modern product organization for a business that operates at extraordinary scale. Our ambition is not simply to digitize existing work. We are building the products, platforms, and intelligent capabilities that will shape how The Coca-Cola Company serves customers, accelerates growth, and operates in the future.
That means designing products that help customers do business with us more seamlessly, give sales and service teams better insight and decision support, and connect the workflows and data behind a complex operating system. The work spans customer experience, service enablement, sales experience, operations, and growth — with opportunities to build entirely new capabilities in areas like personalization, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and decision intelligence.
We’re bringing together Product, Engineering, Design, and Data in small, empowered teams with ownership from discovery through delivery and iteration. Design and research are central to this shift, helping teams understand how people actually work, simplify complex systems, and create experiences that are coherent, useful, and built for impact.
This is a chance to help define what great product design looks like inside one of the world’s most iconic brands: deeply practical, beautifully crafted, and built for a business where digital and the physical world meet every day.
Staff Designers at The Coca-Cola Companyoperateacross product areas, not just within one. Your scope will span:
Digitalenterprise and consumerexperiences across The Coca-Cola Company's global brand portfolio
Sales, service, and operational tools used by the teams who run the business day to day
The design system and shared experience frameworks that give our products coherence at scale
AI-enabled and intelligent product experiences as we integrate emerging capabilities across our platform
The design practice itself: how we work, how we grow designers, and how we earn influence across the organization
You will not beheads-downona single productarea. You will be the connective tissue across teams, the person who sees the whole board and makes the right calls about where design needs to go next.
