We are looking for a team member to join the Finance Section, responsible for cash management and financing activities primarily for Rakuten Mobile.
<About the Department>
The Finance Section, Finance and Accounting Strategy Department, is responsible for planning and executing Rakuten Mobile’s financial strategies and financing activities, as well as managing its day-to-day cash operations.
As Rakuten Mobile continues to grow its business, the scope and complexity of its treasury operations are expanding. This provides team members with opportunities to take on a wide range of responsibilities and develop diverse expertise.
In this position, you will be involved in a broad range of treasury activities, from day-to-day cash management, including cash flow forecasting and payment operations, to financing transactions and coordination with financial institutions.
Working closely with financial institutions and various internal teams, you will develop your expertise in corporate treasury while playing an important role in supporting the growth of Rakuten Mobile.

<Examples of Projects>
You will be involved in the planning and execution of Rakuten Mobile’s unique financing transactions, ranging from several hundred million to several hundred billion yen in scale.
・Financing through sale-and-leaseback transactions utilizing base station assets
・Consideration and execution of new financing methods, including receivables securitization
