本ポジションでは、カスタマーサービスにおける受注から入金までのプロセス(OTC: Order to Cash)を適切に管理し、業務改善や顧客満足の向上を推進します。
また、サプライチェーン指標(KPI)の分析を通じて、業務効率の改善やビジネス成長への貢献を行います。

・プロセスの管理および業務効率の改善
・SCM KPIの分析および改善施策の実行
・顧客ニーズに応じたサービス提供による売上・利益への貢献
・サプライチェーン関連プロジェクトへの参画
In this role, you will manage the Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within Customer Service and drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will also analyze Supply Chain KPIs and contribute to business growth by improving processes and delivering high-quality customer services.
