Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at a group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide direct care including G-tube feeding, support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and overall health monitoring to ensure the safety and well-being of our individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer G-tube feedings in accordance with prescribed care plans
  • Assist individuals with ADLs including hygiene, mobility, and personal care
  • Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with NJ DDD
  • Assist with other household duties such as cooking, cleaning, and community outings as part of a team-oriented approach

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Valid RN or LPN license in the State of New Jersey
  • Proficient in G-tube administration and related care
  • Valid NJ Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • CPR/First Aid certification required
  • Experience in community health or home care settings preferred

Shifts available: Monday to Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-1pm and 4pm-8pm.

This position is based in Teaneck NJ and can be filled as part time or full time.

Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and for full time employees, health insurance. Eligibility for all benefits is based on hours worked, employment classification, and fulfillment of applicable waiting periods and plan requirements.

Salary: $35.00 per hour
