A leading healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse to join its IVF and Reproductive Medicine team.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility assessment and assisted reproductive treatment, while working closely with physicians, embryologists and other members of the multidisciplinary fertility team.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide comprehensive nursing care to fertility and IVF patients.
• 
  Assist physicians during fertility consultations and procedures.
• 
  Prepare patients for IVF and other assisted reproductive procedures.
• 
  Educate patients regarding fertility treatment plans, medications and follow-up requirements.
• 
  Assist with administration and monitoring of fertility medications as prescribed.
• 
  Monitor patients before, during and after procedures.
• 
  Support patients undergoing oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer procedures.
• 
  Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions and counseling.
• 
  Monitor patients for complications and escalate concerns appropriately.
• 
  Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• 
  Coordinate appointments, investigations and treatment schedules.
• 
  Liaise with embryology, laboratory and medical teams to ensure smooth patient care.
• 
  Maintain infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• 
  Provide emotional support and professional guidance to patients throughout their fertility journey.
• 
  Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance activities.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 
  Valid professional nursing registration/license in the country of practice.
• 
  Relevant clinical nursing experience.
• 
  Experience in IVF, fertility, reproductive medicine, women's health or a related clinical environment is highly desirable.
• 
  Candidates should be eligible to obtain the appropriate Dubai Health Authorities (DHA) professional classification and registration/license, as applicable.
• 
  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• 
  Strong patient-care and organizational skills.
