Job Description


RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.

We are hiring
Staff Nurses
for a nursing home in Cork , Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Assist care delivery in the home, to ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident’s care.

  • Assist with ensuring care plans are regularly audited and that they are appropriate to the resident's needs and reflect the care being delivered.

  • Ensure all complaints are dealt with appropriately in line with the company policies and procedures.

  • To engage with residents in conversation actively and meaningful occupation related to their lifestyle choices at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences.

  • Assist the Clinical Care Manager with responsibility for clinical care in the home.


Requirements


  • Eligible to register or currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

  • Nursing graduates and freshly qualified nurses will be taken into consideration.

  • Experience with dementia and/or gerontological care is beneficial.
