We’re hiring an experienced Staff Model UX Designer to play a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of content generated by Gemini. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing content and model behavior standards, architecting scalable frameworks and processes. You’ll create robust response strategies, system instructions, rubrics, evaluation methods, and guidelines to ensure high quality behavior and responses in Gemini.

As a Model UX Designer focused on the quality of the Gemini model’s output, you’ll build new capabilities for users and help them get the best out of the product. You’ll work in a rapidly evolving, exciting area with a dedicated and passionate team.
We’re looking for a systems thinker with strong skills in content strategy, conversation design, and problem-solving, anchored by a passion for the craft of writing. You’ll have experience developing guidelines, exemplary content, evaluations, and rubrics for LLMs, as well as writing and editing in a fast-paced, agile environment. Leveraging complex cross-functional partnerships, you’ll work with product, engineering, research, and data science to articulate and guide product strategy.
