What You Will Do

• Design and implement robust machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing applications.
• Optimize and maintain data pipelines using PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Develop and deploy applications using Python and TypeScript, enhancing functionality and user experience.
• Utilize Langchain and Terraform to automate workflows and improve deployment processes.
• Conduct experiments and analyze results to refine algorithms and improve model accuracy.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of software development practices.
• Experience with data management technologies such as PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools, including Langchain and dbt.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience with front-end technologies, particularly React, to contribute to full-stack development.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to present insights effectively.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to enhance deployment and scalability.

Compensation and Benefits
