Job Requirements

• Identifying new technologies and processes to increase efficiency; consulting on the selection and implementation of automation and robotics on the assembly line.
• Reviewing and updating manufacturing processes and policies as per compliance and industry standard.
• Designing and implementing processes for manufacturing equipment selection; identifying optimal tools for machines.
• Establishing control charting of complex features and processes; monitoring results and determining machine capabilities, process capabilities, and performance reliability.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
