Develop, manage, monitor, and evaluate legal and contract principle in order to reduce risk and preserve company's interest.
Complied legal and contract document
Review and analyse contract draft and involve in negotiate contracts and amendments, including various waivers for in-house matters to ensure company's precedence, also recommend legal aspects of contracts / projects in order to fulfill legal requirements that conform with company's objectives.
Accurate legal opinion and agreeement document
Act as company's representative in legal disputes in order to maintain legal dispute by providing legal advice and counsel, including developing strategy for complex cases, develop in order to support company's project and dispute in legal opinion
Accurate legal opinion and advisory
Lead and support legal team in order to improve the quality of legal and commercial decision making as well as enhance level of confidence among legal team members.
Accurate legal advisory and support
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Law

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min 1 (one) year combination of law firm training and in-house experience
• Outstanding knowledge of corporate laws.
• Ability to exercise independent thinking while communicating a collaborative attitude
• Ability to give common sense answer without delay.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
