We are looking for a Staff / Lead AI Software Engineer to design and deliver AI-accelerated integrations across cloud platforms, healthcare systems, and internal automation workflows.

This role goes beyond traditional software development. The engineer will operate within an AI-native development workflow, using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini as core development accelerators for coding, debugging, documentation, and solution design.

The focus of the role is building cloud integrations, automation pipelines, and AI-driven services across Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and enterprise healthcare systems. The engineer will combine AI-assisted development, Python automation, and API orchestration to rapidly deliver solutions that connect cloud services, healthcare platforms, and internal AI agents.

As a Staff-level engineer, you will also influence architectural decisions, define integration patterns, and help accelerate development across distributed teams.

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Professional Experience

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or system integrations

• Experience building cloud integrations, automation pipelines, or API-based platforms

• Hands-on experience with Azure environments and enterprise cloud services

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to accelerate development workflows

• Strong experience with Python for automation, integrations, or data processing

• Experience working with REST APIs, authentication flows, and enterprise data integrations

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-accelerated integrations and automation workflows across cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

• Design and implement integrations between Azure services, enterprise platforms, and internal AI agents.

• Develop automation scripts and integration logic using Python, PowerShell, and API-based services.

• Work with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, OAuth authentication flows, and JSON-based integrations.

• Transform and process data from systems such as SQL Server, Dataverse, and enterprise data sources.

• Design and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate or n8n.

• Rapidly prototype and deploy integration solutions using AI-assisted development workflows.

• Collaborate with technical leadership to define scalable integration patterns and automation strategies.

Technical Skills

Strong experience in several of the following areas:

• Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, with familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.

• Programming & Automation: Python, PowerShell, SQL, and basic scripting for automation and integrations.

• APIs & Integration: REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, OAuth/OpenID authentication flows, JSON-based integrations.

• Data Handling: SQL Server or Dataverse, data transformation, and structured/semi-structured data formats.

• Automation Tools: Workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, or similar orchestration tools.

• AI-Accelerated Development: Experience leveraging LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to accelerate engineering workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating healthcare platforms or EMR systems

• Familiarity with HL7 / FHIR healthcare data standards

• Experience with Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, or AI agent frameworks

• Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare

Soft Skills

• Advanced English proficiency

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously

• Ability to move quickly and deliver rapid prototypes

• Strong problem-solving and integration troubleshooting skills

• Comfortable working in AI-native engineering environments
