Cellanome is adding anInternal Service Engineer responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting our internal fleet of proprietary instruments and platforms. As a member of the Customer Support team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing, to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You will also provide feedback to Research and Product Development teams and support new product Introductions to ensure successful deployment of new and improvements on existing products in the field. The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service.

We provide competitive total compensation packages, including base pay, benefits, and equity. In California, the estimated base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $160,000/year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
