
Tesla is seeking an exceptional Staff Supply Chain Manager (SCM) to lead strategic sourcing for our most exciting and transformative products within the Wireless and Sensing commodity. In this role, you'll develop, refine, and execute sourcing strategies for PCBAs, custom mechanical parts, and finished assemblies. You will be a member of our Supply Chain Organization supporting the development, implementation, and management of strategies to provide Tesla with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality, and delivery performance. The Supply Chain Manager builds and leverages strong working relationships with our engineering teams and key suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in sourcing, to include contract manufacturing, PCBA, mechanical fabrication, and semiconductor supply chains. At Tesla, our fast-paced, dynamic environment demands flexibility and adaptability. We're looking for a talented self-starter with a balance of sourcing expertise, technical savvy, and motivation to thrive in an impactful and visible role.

Expected Compensation
$160,000 - $240,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
