Responsibilities:

  • In this role, staff FPA Pre Write Off Assistant will do field work and visiting customer to give reminder, offer solution and negotiate the arrears repayment without sacrificing the image of the Bank as well as ensuring that all prescribed guidelines are conscientiously followed.
  • The role of staff FPA Pre Write Off Assistant is to engage and support our customers through a period of financial difficulty to negotiate mutually beneficial, positive, and sustainable agreements that are in the best interest of the bank and our customers.
  • Staff FPA Pre Write Off Assistant is responsible for delivering a professional service that helps our customers solve their problems, and by doing so, creates a favorable opinion of our organization and an increased willingness to repay their commitments. Collections Associates are required to adhere to all regulatory requirements and Collections Operations policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in collection industry
  • Readiness to work in Field job
  • Diligent
  • Independent and high integrity
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work in a team.
