We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our R&D team in Singapore and take the lead in harmonising requirement management practices and tools across brands. In this role, you will drive and support the migration from Widex/Sivantos systems to WSA, playing a key part in our broader systems engineering transformation.
Lead the harmonisation of requirement management tools and practices across brands within Systems Engineering
Drive and support the migration of requirement data from Widex/Sivantos systems to WSA
Use system engineering tools such as Cameo to model solutions, generate documentation, and drive standardisation of tool usage and best practices
Contribute to system modelling using SysML within an MBSE environment, maintaining architectures, behaviors, and interfaces
Drive system definition work groups and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Marketing, and Platform Development to align requirements, models, and system design
Support continuous improvement of modelling and requirements engineering practices, including the use of AI to enhance document generation and process efficiency.
More than 5 years of relevant work experience
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Familiar with requirement engineering and requirement management tools; experience with a harmonisation/requirement management tool such as Siemens Polarion is advantageous
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE); familiarity with modelling tools such as Cameo is advantageous
Good ability to work in cross-functional and international teams, with strong drive and leadership skills
Openness to digital transformation, with experience using AI to enhance document generation and automate processes is advantageous.
