The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Your new responsibilities
-Balancing accountability with adaptability for superior business results.
- Applying expertise and technology to make process management to fulfill quality, cost, yield, capacity, delivery requirement.
-Delivering excellence process management through accuracy, rigor and innovation.
-Lead and organize team to provide technical support to production line, relevant process sustaining to ensure process in good condition.
-Organize team to fulfill in time of equipment buyoff, DM & IDM introduction and release, new employee certification etc.
-Make continue improvement projects to fulfill key indicators of Quality/Cost / Delivery / Capability etc
-Organize team to succeed in problem solving, customer audit/complain, KPI achievement.
-Lead team to make continue optimization all kinds of process relevant documentation.
What we look for
-7 years or above semiconductor backend process(WB) related working experience
-Major in electronics or materials science or physics
-Familiar with backend processes, assembly, testing etc.
-Familiar with the FMEA / CP/OCAP/SPC tools
-Good team and project player, lean 6 sigma green/yellow belt project experience is preferred
-Good skill on writing & Speaking English, office software and reporting
-Good skill on communication in internal & external team
