The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

Your new responsibilities

-Specific knowledge or leading cross functional team to lead equipment team to fulfill capacity and quality requirement;
-Manage equipment documentation to standardize business guidance for regular maintenance;
-Responsible for organizing the preparation and implementation of preventive maintenance and machine overhaul;
-Responsible for the investigation, analysis, treatment and reporting of equipment accidents and quality cases;
-Lead team continuously monitor and improve equipment performance (OEE/MTBF/MTBA etc.) and technician productivity;
-As the equipment focal point, liaise with the IT/OT team to sort out business requirements for digitalized and automated maintenance. Participate in the full lifecycle of automation projects, including requirement review, development and -testing, on-site deployment and iterative optimization, to realize automatic equipment data collection and digitalized maintenance workflows.
-May liaise with and conduct training for the Technology Transfer and Production Groups on new equipment and associated processes
-Responsible for overall maintenance EHS to fulfill EHS system requirement;

What we look for

Bachelor degree or above;
10+ years semiconductor equipment maintenance related working and team leader experience;
Major in electronics, mechatronics, automation etc.;
Familiar with IATF16949 / ISO14001 / SECS/GEM requirement;
Good team and project management, capacity extension or equipment transfer project experience is preferred
Good skill on English, office software and reporting.
Good communication skill with other departments or plants;
Can work under pressure
If involved special equipment, X-ray and other special positions, must hold the certificate according to the regulations; Basic knowledge of chemical safety is required if chemical handling positions are involved
