• Achieving the production target for theallocatedsection with the best use of 4M (Man, Machine,Mateial& Method)

• Build, develop, andoptimizemanufacturing processes to achieve outstanding efficiency and quality.

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and associates in successfully running executingall theKPI’s - Productiontarget / Cycle TimeWIP reduction

• Conduct time and motion studies todeterminethe guidelines for manufacturing process efficiency

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and address any manufacturing challenges.

• Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues in real time to ensure flawless production flow.

• Develop andmaintaindocumentation for manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with company Quality Manual/industry standards.

• Ensure all manufacturing activities compliancetosafety and regulatory guidelines.

• Managing projects from conception through to completion,maintainingstrict adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Simplify Manufacturing activities by extensive use of Automation / Dashboards

• Effective Participation inimplementing new product technologies

• Efficient use of BOM and reducing the scrap by effective planning

• Ensuring the Process Queue Time 100% adherence in every area
