Design and deliver scalable, secure, fault-tolerant systems

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
10+ years building large-scale distributed systems
Backend development in Golang, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET Core, or similar
Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
Expertise in at least one major language
Linux, cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent), and RESTful services
Performance tuning, scalability, and relational/NoSQL data modeling
Hands-on engineer with high-traffic system experience
Strong system design, refactoring, and code quality practices
Agile planning, estimation, and release execution
Golang, fintech/payments, blockchain/crypto, or front-end experience
Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Security- and quality-focused, collaborative leader
