Your Team, Your Impact

As a Staff Electrical Validation Engineer with Marvell, you’ll be a member of the Networking & Switching business group. . You’ll be part of the Electrical Validation & Characterization (EVC)) engineering team working with most advanced SerDes speeds and interconnects (CPC, CPO, etc.) many different devices at Marvell (aiming for AI, Data Center, Enterprise, Carriers, etc.). What You Can Expect

The Electrical Validation Engineering role at the Yokneam site offers an excellent opportunity to learn, optimize, and enhance high-speed switching devices. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Electrical Validation & Characterization (EVC) team to ensure that switch products meet stringent performance targets and customer requirements. The role also involves cross-functional work with software, architecture, packaging, and signal integrity teams to ensure optimal system configuration and implementation. This individual contributor position is part of a diverse Physical System Engineering group responsible for the development and execution of advanced switch products.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 3-5 years of related professional experience.
• Experience with high speed SerDes electrical validation (Ethernet, PCIe, etc.).
• Experience with Lab equipment (Scope, BERT, PPG, etc.).
• Experience with Python code.
