Job Location: Leesburg, VA 20176,
Salary Range: $37.00 - $50.00 Hourly, At Heritage Hall, we care for our residents as we would our own family, in small, personal facilities that reflect the communities around them. Our staff are known, their voices are heard, and many of them stay for years. That kind of culture doesn't happen by accident. It is built one caregiver at a time.
As our Staff Development Nurse, you will play a central role in building it. You will coach, train, and support the nurses and caregivers who work with our residents every day, and you will lead our CNA training course, where new caregivers first learn what care at Heritage Hall looks like. Because you help set the standard for our team, we are looking for someone who already practices it: clinically strong, patient, respectful, and consistent. The care our residents receive tomorrow depends on the caregivers you develop today.
If you are an RN who enjoys teaching and wants your work to shape the whole building, we would like to talk with you.
: Staff Development Nurse

A modern, warm nursing care center that would meet the health care needs of the senior community was the vision of five business people. They envisioned a facility designed for comfort while providing state of the art health care for residents. They wanted a quality, caring staff, and they wanted to furnish the staff with all the tools, knowledge, and support required to provide the kind of nurturing care for which Heritage Hall is now known. Programs and social events, that would enhance the quality of life and build self-esteem were integrated into the daily routine.
From these fundamental ideas grew Heritage Hall - Blacksburg, which opened its doors in February 1975. American HealthCare, LLC currently cares for residents in 15 Heritage Hall locations as well as South Roanoke Nursing Home in the state of Virginia.
Our vision has developed into a unique blend of talented individuals who share in the philosophy that Heritage Hall, managed by American HealthCare, will provide affordable, quality nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe atmosphere of grace, compassion, dignity, and understanding to the citizens of the Virginia communities in which we serve.
Our health care team of highly trained professionals provides exceptional services to more than just seniors. Through individualized, interdisciplinary care plans we meet the needs of a diverse population. Patients and residents are admitted without regard to race, religion, or payment source.
