What You Will Do

• Lead the architecture and development of AI-powered features across the product platform.
• Drive technical strategy and decision-making for AI/ML initiatives within the engineering organization.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to identify high-impact opportunities for applied AI.
• Establish best practices and standards for AI development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Mentor engineers and elevate their technical capabilities across the organization.
• Conduct research and rapid prototyping to evaluate emerging AI technologies and their applicability.
• Champion responsible AI development with a strong focus on user privacy and data security.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 8–15 years of software engineering experience, with significant focus on AI/ML systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives from conception through production.
• Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals, large language models (LLMs), and applied AI techniques.
• Experience designing and deploying AI systems in high-availability, security-conscious environments.
• Strong foundations in software engineering, including system design and clean code practices.

Preferred

• Experience with Golang or Rust, with a preference for proficiency in both.
• Familiarity with security protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-powered products that provide measurable business value.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $204K to $276K, reflecting the level of expertise and impact expected in this position. The company offers a remote work environment and a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and security.
