We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

・ Order management from customers, accurate content verification, and understanding.
・Data management (entry, changes, verification, execution processing, etc.) using systems and tools centered on SAP.
・Inventory checks and dispatch requests necessary for shipment arrangements.
・Billing based on delivery performance to customers.
・Creation of other rules, policies, and standards.
・Understand all basic processes, take responsibility for customer issues, and follow up until problems are resolved.
・Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

・Basic knowledge of the commercial and logistics flow from order to delivery
・Practical knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
・Awareness of the latest industry technology trends and applications
・Excellent customer service and communication skills
・Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
