The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Staff Clinical Data Coordinator to work out of our Sylmar, CA location.

What You’ll Work On

  • Develops and provides the company, its customers, and the government medical and technical information relating to the company's marketed products.
  • Provides medical and operational support to marketed products in the assigned portfolio.
  • Provides, reviews, and ensures medical activities (including promotional support, operational reviews and planning, and clinical protocols) are implemented in alignment with product strategies, and in compliance with regulatory policies and guidelines.
  • Prepares final study reports and publications.
  • Signs off on product safety reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of medical device experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • High initiative, motivation, and business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.

The base pay for this position is

$34.95 – $69.85/hour

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
