Staff AttorneyA well-established law firm is looking for licensed attorneys to join their team supporting complex commercial litigation matters. This is a remote full time Staff Attorney role, Texas or Illinois bar/license required.What you'll do:Conduct first- and second-level review of ESI for responsiveness, relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and key issuesApply review protocols and coding guidelines consistently across large document setsIdentify key facts, themes, custodians, and timelines relevant to case strategyEscalate privileged, sensitive, or case-critical documents to supervising attorneysPerform QC/QA on coding decisions and support privilege log creationSupport deposition, motion, and trial preparation through targeted document analysisWork within Relativity and other leading e-discovery platforms, including TAR, CAL, and AI-assisted review toolsParticipate in reviewer training and calibration sessionsPrepare document summaries, chronologies, and factual memorandaAssist with first-pass discovery requests/responses and firm knowledge research as neededWhat you'll need:J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing (Texas preferred; Illinois also considered)Experience with complex commercial litigationStrong familiarity with e-discovery platforms and review workflowsExcellent analytical thinking, written communication, and attention to detail
