The work of the General Litigation Section is dynamic and intellectually challenging. In this role, you will brief cutting-edge constitutional and statutory issues with substantial governance impacts, take and defend depositions, handle discovery and motion practice, and provide strategic counsel to the client agency on non-litigation matters.
Our mission is to remain a premier litigation practice through specialization, teamwork, outstanding advocacy, and continual learning. Whether you are an experienced litigator or just beginning your legal career, we will equip you with the tools, mentorship and opportunities needed for success.
Possession of a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law.

Four years of post-bar admission legal experience.
Membership in good standing in the Michigan State Bar
