U-Haul International's Legal Department is seeking a Staff Assistant that will be responsible for assisting in the gathering and preparation of documents for litigation purposes.

This is a fully onsite position located at our corporate campus in Phoenix, AZ. This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide assistance to paralegals by researching, retrieving and organizing documents and other relevant case information.

• Maintain electronic files and assist in preparing documents for production.

• Coordinate and obtain documents from various company departments.

• Perform light factual research.

• Assist with copying, scanning, and merging of documents.

• Other clerical/administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to operate personal computer and other office equipment, including but are not limited to facsimile, copier and scanner

• Experience using Adobe Pro DC or like program

• Knowledge of basic legal terminology

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college is preferred.
