STAFF ASSISTANT II, UTampa Online
Adult and Summer Academic Program and UTampa Online has a position for Staff Assistant II to assist with all administrative support duties. This position will report to the Director of Distance Learning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
UTampa Online (UTO):
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education: Bachelor's degree required
2. Experience: At least two years in a higher educational setting preferred
3. Technical Skills:
a. Two (2) years skilled administrative and/or office management
b. Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud tools, and any database management tool
c. Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn The University of Tampa software programs such as Workday and other relevant applications.
d. Willingness to embrace new technologies and innovative organizational practices.
4. Communication:
a. Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and communication skills and the ability to establish priorities and manage time wisely.
b. Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
5. Project Management:
a. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
b. Ability to analyze data and develop reports
c. Ability to establish priorities and manage time wisely.
d. Ability to meet deadlines.
e. Contribute to process improvement.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Summer: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
