The starting annual salary for this position is $44,259.96.

Employees of the Department of Financial Services are paid on a monthly pay cycle.

Minimum Qualifications for this position include the following REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Ability to comprehend and interpret information; to record information accurately; to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments; to prepare correspondence; to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; to use correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

Knowledge of office procedures and practices and experience with Microsoft Office.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Responsible for the receipt and handling of legal process served upon licensed insurers. Enter data into a web-based application. Validate receipt and payment of any fees associated with service of process. Respond to telephone calls regarding service of process by reviewing the inquiry and researching the relevant information in multiple databases.
