We are looking for a hands-on Staff AI Solutions specialist to join our Commercial Systems in Cambridge.
The team finds opportunities to simplify and automate the commercial processes used across Sales, Licensing, Legal and Commercial Operations. Your role will be to turn those ideas into practical solutions.
You will design and build solutions directly where appropriate, from AI-enabled workflows and agents to lightweight applications and integrations. For more complex solutions, you will work with Enterprise IT, Data, and multiple technology teams to define the approach, develop prototypes and support delivery into production.
This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, software engineering, data and business process improvement. At the heart of the role is a focus on getting useful solutions into the hands of users and delivering measurable business outcomes.
A degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or a related field, or equivalent experience, would be effective, although practical experience is equally valuable.
You will have the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of AI, automation and process-improvement initiatives with transparent impact across Arm’s Commercial organisation.
You will be part of a growing team that combines business-process knowledge with practical technical delivery. You are given the freedom to build and test new approaches, while working with specialists across Arm to develop solutions that are secure, scalable and designed for balance.
The solutions you deliver will reduce manual effort, improve the quality of commercial processes and help teams complete their work more quickly and optimally.

Arm’s approach to hybrid working is designed to create a working environment that supports both high performance and personal wellbeing. We believe in bringing people together face to face to enable us to work at pace, whilst recognizing the value of flexibility. Within that framework, we empower groups/teams to determine their own hybrid working patterns, depending on the work and the team’s needs. Details of what this means for each role will be shared upon application. In some cases, the flexibility we can offer is limited by local legal, regulatory, tax, or other considerations, and where this is the case, we will collaborate with you to find the best solution. Please talk to us to find out more about what this could look like for you.
