Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Multi-Domain Operations, and Missile Defense Integration Business Unit (BU) has an exciting career opportunity for a Staff Agile Release Train (ART) Product Manager – Level 5 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The job location is at Schriever Space Force Base (SSFB), Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The Staff Agile Release Train (ART) Product Manager – Level 5 will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Threat and Advanced Simulation Development (TASD) contract, performing as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Manager within the Threat Products and Services (TPS) ART. The TPS ART offers opportunities to support the U.S. Department of War through the development of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) software products and the production of threat missile simulation data used to support various Missile Defense Agency Ground Test and exercise events.
The Staff Agile Release Train (ART) Product Manager – Level 5 will be experienced in product and project management and will have excellent customer relationship management skills.

Primary Level Salary Range: $161,000.00 - $241,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
