The Human Performance & Movement Sciences Department at Keene State College is seeking qualified applicants for adjunct instructor position for spring & fall semesters 2026-27. This is a part-time non-benefited position.
Duties/Responsibilities
(50%)
Design and delivery course content for credit courses
(45%)
Prepare lesson plans and course materials
Assess student learning
Assign grades
Refer students to support services
Provide supplemental instruction and mentorship to students
(5%)
Abide with USNH and KSC policies
Participate in appropriate departments/unit meetings.
Requirements
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience
Masters degree in Education or Kinesiology-related field (sport management, exercise science, physical education).
Relevant teaching or professional experience in sport management, health, exercise science or physical education.
Required Licenses & Certifications
Preferred professional certifications for field.
ACSM, CSCS, ATC, K-12 licensure (current or previous)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to mentor students along career paths.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Canvas LIS
