Performs a variety of basic accounting duties according to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities And Duties:

• Apply accounting principles do analyze financial information
• Prepare financial reports by performing reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
• Prepares and/or reviews monthly financial statements and variance analysis
• Assist in preparing for internal audits and monthly closings

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: Accounting (Required)

Additional Job Description:

Minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Financial accounting experience (journal entry posting, balance sheet reconciliation, expense accruals, etc.)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • General knowledge of GAAP

Experience with Workday and/or hospital/healthcare accounting a plus but not required.
