
Our Finance Department located in Queensbury, NY currently has a full-time, 40-hour Staff Accountant position available. This is an exempt position requiring work Monday-Friday during standard office hours. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs The annual salary range is $65,000-$70,000. The Staff Accountant assists in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, spreadsheets, and reports. This role maintains accurate records, reconciles accounts, analyzes discrepancies, and supports annual budget preparation and variance analyses. The Staff Accountant manages general ledger transactions, fixed assets, CIP projects, loan amortizations, and tax filings, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, this position supports audits, CFR preparation, and financial reporting projects, providing timely and accurate information to support organizational decision-making. The ability to manage multiple priorities is essential to success in this role.
