Our offices are located in the Los Angeles area, however we service the areas beyond our central locations. Responsibilities:

• Support month end closing procedures
• Process journal entries and prepare monthly financial statements
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and daily bank maintenance
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Reconcile monthly bank flooring statement
• Prepare supporting schedules for monthly and yearly financial statement
• Assist with expense reduction initiatives
• Analyze fluctuations in monthly financial statements
• Enter new vehicles in car rental software and vehicle purchase schedule
• Prepare vehicle flooring funding request packages for newly acquired vehicles
• Enter funding receipts, curtailments, payoffs and update/reconcile flooring schedule
• Process registration of new vehicles and renewals
• Process duplicate plates and titles
• Handle in a professional and confidential manner all correspondence, documentation, and files.
• Required to help transport company vehicles from one location to another

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Experience in dealership accounting is not required but a plus
• Knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Detail oriented and well-organized
• Ability to work in an environment requiring multi-tasking abilities
• Pass background; inclusive of Pre-Employment Drug Test, SSN Validation, and Criminal Record
• Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol related driving incidents in the last 3 years; No more than 1 serious moving violation in the last 3 years; No driving related suspensions or revocation of Driver License within a 3-5 year period. Will be subject to continuous Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) monitoring
• Minimum 3 years of licensed driving history

Compensation:

• Hourly rate of $26.00 to $28.00
• The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, and education when applicable.
