We’re looking for a motivated, detail-focused Corporate Staff Accountant to join our growing team of accounting professionals. In this role, you'll do more than balance the books — you’ll help shape the financial health of a vibrant hospitality brand that’s redefining the guest experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Your work will directly support our hotels and leadership teams in making informed decisions — and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes:

🔹 Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
🔹 Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts for multiple properties
🔹 File monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/use tax returns
🔹 Research and resolve discrepancies and support accounts receivable
🔹 Post key journal entries (prepaids, accruals, reclasses)
🔹 Collaborate across departments and support annual audits
🔹 Get involved in special projects that make a real impact
🔹 Keep things organized, on time, and audit-ready – always

What You Bring to the Table

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
✔️ 2+ years of accounting experience (bonus points for hotel or multi-entity work!)
✔️ Sharp with numbers, but also a great communicator
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
✔️ Experience with Sage Intacct is a major plus
✔️ A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit
✔️ Integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail – always
