Perform building preventative and outdoor maintenance and repairs of District stadium facilities. Support events occurring at District Stadium Facilities. Support the outdoor maintenance and upkeep of Campuses where District Stadiums are located during the off seasons.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The subsequent duties outline the fundamental operations of the position and exemplify the nature of the tasks carried out. Perform building maintenance tasks including but not limited to: cleaning, graffiti removal, wall patching and painting, moving (internal to building), preventative maintenance checks and services, limited electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.

Support stadium events and activities by setting up, tearing down, and cleaning up. Open stadium at established times when applicable.

Perform outdoor maintenance including sweeping steps, entryways, and alcoves, picking up trash, and emptying outdoor garbage receptacles. Remove snow and ice from walkways and entryways. Pressure wash exterior sidewalks.

Respond to all radio and cell phone calls for service.

Audit facilities and report maintenance needs to the appropriate supporting entity.
