Job Description

Metals USA is seeking a candidate to fill a Warehouse Stacker position on 2nd Shift in their Randleman, NC facility. Duties will include:

• Package bundles by placing metal strapping around the width and length of the material
• Properly place paper corner protectors to par specifications to protect the customers' material
• Use packaging equipment to tighten the metal strapping around the bundles
• Check parts to ensure correct size was produced
• Stacking material coming of the line
• Any other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• High School or GED Equivalent
• Basic Mathematics skills
• Ability to read and write English Language
• Ability to understand and use Safety Rules and Procedures as well as OSHA standards and regulations
• Must exercise a reasonable degree of judgment and possess the ability to recognize appropriate company policies that apply in each situation and follow them
• Must be able to read measuring tape and caliper
