Job Title: Stability Engineer (2-Day Assessment Project)

We are seeking a Senior Civil/Stability Engineer to provide an independent second opinion on the structural stability of an existing heritage farm building. The assignment involves a technical assessment and advisory role focused on existing load-bearing structures.

Key Responsibilities

  Perform an independent evaluation of existing structural elements
• 
  Assess stability risks and provide technical recommendations
• 
  Deliver expert advice on renovation and heritage-related structural concerns
• 
  Identify potential structural weaknesses and risk factors
• 
  Provide a concise technical opinion without formal certification or detailed calculations

Requirements

• 
  Senior/Expert-level Civil Engineer with specialization in structural stability
• 
  Experience with renovation and heritage construction projects
• 
  Strong diagnostic skills in assessing existing structures
• 
  Experience providing independent technical advice and risk assessments
• 
  Dutch language proficiency required
