  • Identify and coordinate cross‑country initiatives that can be scaled across markets. Work with country teams to tailor solutions to local regulatory, policy, housing and investments contexts, while ensuring consistency with ING’s overall ambitions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Retail markets, Risk, Global Sustainability, Product, Data & Analytics, Tribes, Branding & Communications) to align priorities, ensure coherent execution and enable timely delivery.
  • Monitor external developments (regulation, housing policy, technology and market trends) relevant to decarbonisation, and translate these into implications and recommendations.
  • Translate data and insights into clear management guidance, through concise, evidence‑based storytelling on progress, challenges and next strategic priorities

We hire smart people like you for your potential. Our biggest expectation is that you’ll stay curious, keep learning, and take ownership.

You have excellent communication skills, proven stakeholder management experience, and the ability to work in a complex, dynamic environment. You see the big picture, anticipate changes, and deliver results.

Furthermore:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance, with 5–8 years in an international financial industry setting.
  • Strong experience in retail banking and transformation.
