STA Resident engineer to support Hermosillo Plant in all around suppliers for Quality and Delivery.
STA Resident is assiegned to work on one or two vehicle functions and is responsibility is to work on improve Supplier Quality performance on warranty and internal manufacturing Ford Plant quality indicator, and support all Plant Disruption around suppliers responsibilities; will be a 'link' between Hermosillo Plant and our Supplier Chain organization (STA Site, Suppliers, Buyers, etc..) giving to all these people the required technical assistance.
The position is open for an Engineer with positive attitude, energetic and active person, spirit of service, respectful person, somebody who enjoys teamwork, this person must be available to travel and be open to support at any time, good communication skill in English and/or Spanish.
