Edwardsville Oral Surgery, a well-established and respected private practice just outside of St. Louis located in the heart of Edwardsville, Illinois, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

As an Oral Surgeon at Edwardsville Oral Surgery, you will be responsible for performing a variety of surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, corrective jaw surgery, and the treatment of oral pathology. You will work alongside a supportive and friendly team of dental professionals who prioritize patient care and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oral and maxillofacial surgeries such as extractions, dental implants, bone grafts, and corrective jaw surgeries.
• Diagnose and treat conditions related to the mouth, jaw, and face.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and consultations to patients.
• Work closely with our team of dental specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment.
• Foster positive patient relationships through clear communication and exceptional care.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).
• Completed an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate care.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment.
