Responsibilities

Wiring – Project Chief/SSTL (HV and LV Harness)

Qualification, Experience and Competency requirements:

  • Preferred Education - B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/Electronic/Automotive Engineering with Automotive Industry experience of minimum 5+ years specifically on program management
  • Manage deliverables to the vehicle program
  • Manage program KPI’s (Quality, Cost, Performance & Planning)
  • Responsible to participate / present in EE program review and vehicle team meetings.
  • Support the PR/GDM related to program deliverables.
  • Act as the conduit / interface between EEHD and the Project team and vehicle team
  • Responsible for ensuring vehicle timing and requirements are provided to the engineers (DRE’s)
  • Support engineering in change management process (CCD / CN / IAA) approvals, supplier alignment, implementation planning etc.
  • Coordinate technical issue resolution with the participation of the DR
  • Ownership of program plan execution / Load assessment (EM)
  • Launch support at the assembly plant
  • Bulletin review / response to PR and vehicle team
  • Management of Program development
  • Achieve TKO signoff
