职位描述
岗位职责 1、负责 35kV/10kV SST 固态变压器 R 核嵌入式软件开发，对接 FPGA 逻辑层，完成功率单元、整机控制业务逻辑开发、状态管理、故障保护逻辑实现。 2、完成系统通信协议开发，包含单元间内部交互、上位机、运维后台、电网调度接口；实现 Modbus、以太网等通信链路，完成数据采集、上送、指令解析下发。 3、参与 SST 整机保护逻辑、告警体系、故障录波、事件日志功能开发，配合硬件、FPGA 完成整机联调、现场测试，定位解决嵌入式软件侧问题。 4、编写单元测试、集成测试用例，输出软件设计文档、接口文档，参与软件版本管理、迭代发布。 5、配合安规认证、型式测试，完成软件侧功能整改，支撑样机、小批量产品落地。
职位要求
任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，电力电子、自动化、嵌入式、计算机相关专业，3‑5 年嵌入式软件开发经验，有电力电子变流器、PCS、储能、SVG 等工控产品经验优先。 2、熟练 RTOS 嵌入式开发（RT‑Thread / FreeRTOS / VxWorks），熟悉多核架构，有 R 核开发调试实战经验。 3、精通 C 语言，熟悉以太网、串口通信，了解 Modbus/TCP 等工业通信协议；熟悉嵌入式驱动开发。 4、了解电力电子基础，掌握变流器保护逻辑、故障处理机制，看得懂功率系统相关业务需求优先。 5、具备整机联调、现场问题定位能力，规范编写设计文档，具备良好的团队协作能力。
