职位描述
岗位负责: • 深入理解目标场景(数据中心供电 / 重卡超充换电 / 微网与源网荷储中的一个或多个)的技术架构）RZ：大概率只了解某个方向 • 主导客户技术交流:能讲清SST方案相对传统UPS、HVDC、巴拿马电源、工频变压器等既有方案的差异化价值,并应答技术质疑。 • 搭建从痛点洞察 → 方案设计 → 商务推进 → 落地验证的完整拓展路径 • （更佳）反哺产品:把客户真实需求和竞品情报带回公司,参与产品定义与技术规范。
职位要求
背景： • 有5年以上数据中心供配电、大功率充电/换电站电气、或微网/源网荷储系统集成相关经验,来自甲方(数据中心运营商（字节/阿里/腾讯）、车企/补能运营商、发电/能源集团)或头部电源/系统厂商(维谛、华为数字能源、台达、科华、阳光电源、南瑞等)优先。 • 系统理解至少一个目标场景的既有供电/电能转换方案(UPS、HVDC、巴拿马电源、工频变压器、PCS等),清楚各方案的适用边界、成本结构和客户选型逻辑。 • 本身是甲方或者有直接面向甲方做技术交流或方案汇报的经验 • 理解目标行业的采购与决策链条,知道"谁拍板、卡在哪、怎么推进"。 • 加分项:手握目标客户群的技术/决策层人脉;了解SST、SiC、中压直挂等前沿电力电子方向。
