职位描述
1、负责SST核心控制系统整体架构设计与迭代升级，基于业务控制逻辑与现场工艺需求，完成控制算法、逻辑策略、时序调度的方案设计与落地，对控制系统整体运行稳定性、实时性、可靠性进行监督与优化，满足产线自动化控制运行要求； 2、制定并执行合理的控制系统迭代与技术优化策略，梳理控制模块冗余、性能瓶颈与逻辑缺陷，持续优化控制节拍、响应时延与容错能力，控制系统技术风险，减少现场宕机与异常停机，提升控制系统整体运行效率； 3、负责对核心控制模块、第三方控制组件、配套软硬件的适配能力、兼容能力、稳定性进行调研、审核、汇总分析，输出控制系统选型评估报告与适配优化方案； 5、负责控制系统研发、调试、上线、运行中的各类技术异常、逻辑异常、现场故障的协调与决策处理，快速定位根因 6、负责控制系统相关研发平台、组态工具、版本管理、缺陷管理、发布对账等系统流程操作，规范控制版本迭代、变更管控与交付流程。
职位要求
1、本科以上学历，8-10年以上工业自动化、控制系统、工控软件相关研发工作经验，具备SST控制类核心业务深耕经验； 2、精通工业控制系统整体设计与开发流程，熟悉控制逻辑、时序调度、联锁保护、工艺控制等核心场景，熟悉工控上下游软硬件生态与项目交付流程； 3、精通控制系统架构、控制算法、实时调度、容错冗余设计，熟练掌握工控类研发工具、版本管理、缺陷管理等相关系统原理与实操； 4、具备良好的跨团队沟通协调能力，能够高效对接研发、现场、客户及合作厂商，建立稳定的技术沟通渠道，保障控制系统交付与运维信息互通； 5、责任心强、结果导向、处事果敢、具备灵活的问题处置能力，能够独立承担控制系统重难点攻坚与线上故障闭环工作； 6、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备较强的Excel数据统计分析与PPT方案汇报能力，可独立输出控制系统技术方案、复盘报告与优化文档。
