职位描述
(1) 应用软件架构与核心算法开发
- 主导ASW软件架构设计,定义应用层功能模块划分与接口规范,确保软件的可扩展性与可移植性。
- 带领团队完成并网算法、DCDC控制算法、电压/电流闭环控制、故障诊断与保护逻辑的Simulink模型开发与代码生成。
- 攻克谐振抑制、并网同步、模式切换等关键技术难点,保障算法在复杂工况下的稳定性。
(2) 开发流程与质量管控
- 建立ASW团队的模型开发规范(命名、注释、接口定义、版本管理),推动基于MBD(模型驱动开发)的持续集成与自动化测试流程。
- 主导模型评审、代码审查与技术设计评审。
- 输出高质量技术文档(需求追踪矩阵、设计说明、测试报告),保障知识沉淀与团队协作效率。
(3) 跨团队协作与现场支持
- 与底层软件(DSP/FPGA)、硬件、系统及测试团队紧密协作,完成算法在目标平台上的集成、调优与性能验证。
- 支持项目现场与客户端的联合调试,快速定位并解决算法层面的复杂问题(如控制不稳定、并网失败、保护误动作等)。
- 配合客户完成技术对接与需求澄清,推动SST商业机会的技术落地。
职位要求
职位要求
自动化、电力电子等相关专业本科及以上,5年以上电力电子嵌入式应用软件开发经验(2年以上技术管理经验);
精通Simulink模型开发及自动代码生成,具备并网算法或DCDC算法实际项目经历;
熟悉ASW开发流程与模型管理规范,能主导技术评审与质量管控;
具备跨部门协作与客户对接能力,能适应短期出差及现场调试压力;
有SST/PCS/逆变器产品经验者优先。
